UiPath Awarded Three More Comparably Awards for Best Culture, Company for Women and Diversity

Recognition comes on the heels of being ranked sixth best U.S. company for happiest employees

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- UiPath, the leading enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software company, is proud to be recognized with three additional Comparably 2018 Culture Awards. Among tens of thousands of large U.S. companies, UiPath has been awarded the 11th Best Place to Work, based on company culture, and one of the top 50 Best Companies for Women and Diversity.

In Comparably’s 2018 Culture Awards earlier this year, UiPath ranked sixth for Happiest Companies, 27th for Best Perks & Benefits and 38th for Best Compensation.

“I am incredibly proud of our global UiPath team,” said Daniel Dines, co-founder and CEO at UiPath. “When an organization grows as fast as we have it can be difficult to create an environment that both encourages hard work and happiness. I’m humbled to receive this recognition and to lead an organization that promotes women, diversity and a positive work culture.”

The Comparably Awards honor companies large and small that are helping to drive positive cultural change. Rankings are derived from sentiment ratings provided throughout the year by anonymized employees. There are no fees or costs associated, nor is a nomination required.

In addition to the these culture recognitions, UiPath was ranked the 26th fastest growing company in North America on the 2018 Deloitte Fast 500. UiPath’s growth is unprecedented among software companies, increasing its annual recurring revenue from $1 million to $150 million from 2014 to 2018. UiPath’s customer base has grown 4x since the end of 2017 and now counts 2,100 private and public sector global organizations as customers, including 25 U.S. government agencies such as Army, Navy and NASA.
